Constitution

The ICA Housing Rules state how the different ICA Housing constituent bodies interact, the powers they have and the rules that exist to govern them. They were amended at the 2011 Plenary meeting in Cancun. The amendments clarify and standardize the membership provisions included in all the ICA sectoral organizations (SO) Rules and ICA Global.
